“ We enjoyed our delicious dinner at the Restaurant "Le Partage". There were 2 menu sharing choices - either the 10 sharing plates which includes 8 savoury & 2 sweet dishes or the "Le partage en grand" which was all the dishes on the menu. We went for the former (Le partage en 10, choisissez 8 salés & 2 sucrés) which was perfect. The starter selections we choose include Sea bass ceviche with pomegranate and mango; Jerusalem artichoke soup with parsnip; a delicious moreish Wild boar raviole with foie gras sauce and hazelnuts; Red curry Prawns with Pak choi. For mains we shared the Bœuf du pays with ponzu and wasabi; Guinea fowl with Valais blue cheese in a hay sauce and a Sweet potato puree made with coffee and a beautifully presented Cauliflower with paprika. Finally our dessert was a Pavlova with exotic fruits and a crisp Mille feuille with Chocolate offset with citrus and a chilli bite. Service was exemplary and friendly and the restaurant is done in a modern Alpine chalet style with a fireplace. The restaurant is inside the Aïda Hotel & Spa and is worth making a reservation to guarantee your table. ”
“ Had an incredible experience from start to finish. The food was delicious—flavorful, creative, but not over the top. Big props to the chef! The pandoro cooked over the fire with its abricotine sabayon was out of this world. The portion sizes are spot on for the price. Cocktails are next level, and Adrien behind the bar is both friendly and super talented. I would recommend the « Calabrese ». The whole staff is warm, professional, and really adds to the vibe. If you're in Crans-Montana and looking for a great evening, this place is a must. Highly recommend! ”
